Our goal is to provide premium childcare for our community. Therefore, The ARK Learning Center seeks enthusiastic daycare teachers and assistants that are passionate about the growth and development of each and every ARK learner. We expect a happy and engaged work environment.

Each employee will have an established schedule to ensure safety and premium care for our ARK learners. Full-time employees will have a nine hour work block with built-in breaks. Contact us for more information regarding part-time availability. 

Each childcare worker must meet training requirements established by childcare licensing which includes, but is not limited to thirty hours of annual training, current first-aid, CPR, and transportation training. Our goal is to provide frequent hands-on job embedded professional development to grow our ARK Family. Employee knowledge and confidence breeds a nurturing learning environment.
